Tucker,

I think in preparation for your appearance on Hardball, you should study Jon Stewart's Crossfire appearance. This is a golden opportunity for us conservatives to show we can be serious and credible, as Jon asked, instead of just being insipid partisan hacks like all those liberals.

Just think, if you were to go in there armed with facts and reason, instead of talking points and BS, you could make TV history as the first ever. Now that would leave a mark!

bushfan

Bush said that Rev Pat Robertson is a liar?

What the heck is going on here?

Now you tell me Bush favors gay marriage?

And Bush handed bombs to Terrorists that are killing our soldiers?

I don't know what to think.

wtfwjd?

Why does President Bush hate America?

Why does he not believe in supporting the troops?

Congrats, Tucker, you seem to be setting some kind of troll magnet record. "Trolls" are those unwanted little bastards that infest sites just to spew talking points or lie as instructed in the Democrat seminars.

It appears you've attracted them en masse.

Tomorrow's lesson, the filter.

dimbulb

The jokes on you, Jason.

RocketPunch

Jason - would you like to point out a "lie" that I have spewed anywhere on this board? When I state an opinion I present it as an opinion. If you want to talk facts, I would be more the happy to do so with you.

wtfwjd?

Why does brave, brave Allawi say things like this about the coalition:

By RAWYA RAGEH, Associated Press Writer

BAGHDAD, Iraq - Iraq's interim prime minister blamed the U.S.-led coalition Tuesday for "great negligence" in the ambush that killed about 50 soldiers heading home after graduation from a U.S.-run training course, and warned of an escalation of terrorist attacks.

Why doesn't he support our troops? Freedom is on the march! We're making progress! It's hard work!

I guess this is what happens when the Bush campaign isn't writing Allawi's speeches for him...

go dubya

Will you Liberliars stop misrepresenting what Bush may have told Pat Robertson.
The truth is that when the alleged remark was made to Robertson, there were already casualties in Afganisthan. So Bush could not have said there will be no casualties. Period.
Secondly, Gen Tommy Franks said numerous times that they were expecting to be attacked by bio weapons and serious warfare when they entered into Iraq. Gen Franks even had his troops in masks and devices to protect themselves against any chemical and biological attack when they went to Iraq. So they were actually expecting a more serious resistance and far more casualties that they actually had.
Noone from the Bush camp ever called Robertson a liar. They all said it was a misunderstanding and all facts point to it.
That is the truth.

Hanoi directed Kerry
Recovered Vietnam documents

The first documentary evidence that Vietnamese communists were directly steering John Kerry's antiwar group Vietnam Veterans Against the War has been discovered in a U.S. archive, according to a researcher who spoke with WorldNetDaily.

Compasionate Conservative for Bush

Rocketpunch,
It was a Godly thing to remove a dictator like Saddan. However war is not child's play. Did you think removing a dictator's decadeold regime and its aftermath would be a breeze ? War is messy. Mission of this stature in a part of the world which is medieval and violent is no cakewalk. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure that out. Bush never said it was not going to be hard work. Pat Robertson is correct when he said he knew that war would be messy. But if you don't ever get your hands dirty you never accomplish anything. Removing Saddam's regime was a worthy task.

freepdude

Yes, Virginia.

The kerning is all wrong.

And go dubya, Robertson was talking about Iraq, not Afghanistan. And Bush Scotty McClellan called him a liar.

Jeffraham Prestonian

Credible citations from any URL containing "freepnet" or "wingnutdaily"? Not bloody likely. Even Michael Moore has better evidence than those clowns.

Mr. Nationalist

Yes, Virginia, there is a smoking gun...

The truth is that when the alleged remark was made to Robertson, there were already casualties in Vietnam, Grenada and Panama. So Bush could not have said there will be no casualties. Period.
Secondly, Gen Tommy Franks said numerous times that they were expecting to be attacked by bio weapons and serious warfare when they entered into Iraq. So Bush could not have said there will be no casualties. Period.

Noone from the Bush camp ever called Robertson a liar. They simply said he was a flip-flopper who was sending mexed missages who couldn't be counted on to support our troops or to stand tall, resolute, and erect.

Compasionate Conservative for Bush,
They told us it would be a cakewalk, they said our troops would be greeted with sweets and flowers, they said it would cost $1.7 bil, Perle said a square in Baghdad would be named after Bush within a year of the invasion, Wolfowitz said the oil revenue would pay for the whole thing.
Slam-dunk, they said.

Coach Larry

That's it. I am boycotting 60 Minutes and all of its sponsors until they:

1. Fire Dan Rather and the producers.
2. Admit their lies and apologize to the American people.

See http://www.drudgereport.com/nbcw6.htm for details. Please forward this to everyone you know!

RocketPunch

Compasionate Conservative for Bush - but removing Saddam WAS the cakewalk or rather a "Catastrophic success" as Bush has said.

But I ask the question - How can any of us pretend to think we know what a "GODLY" thing to do is? Are men now supposed to invade other countries in the name of their God? Is the United States so Divine that we need to intervene in the affairs of others in the name of our God? Is that what the Bible teaches you? Spread His word through force with bullets and bombs? With all due respect, in what Bizarro world is this considered Godly??

Look at this picture http://tinyurl.com/7l8t That is a small Iraqi child killed by a U.S. bomb dropped on her home while she slept. Does God want us to kill His children? Is this the best our country can do?? I don't think so.

Sorry ... this subject gets me a little upset.

Mr. Nationalist

--drudge report--

Why is this not surprising.

RocketPunch

Virginia - I read over both sites and found nothing more then the typical gossip/demonizing of Kerry's youth. Where are the sources? Where did any of this come from? It seems a little flimsy. When I site a report I like to get it from an official government website, like with the voting records, or cross-reference with various news sites for accuracy. When we have to depend on the report of one biased person or group we just run into the Swift Boat syndrome over and over. You can scream up and down that you believe it - but it has no basis in fact.

millstone

Did God tell George Bush to kill that little girl?

Maybe it wasn't God that was whispering in his ear.

RocketPunch

millstone - That is my point. I understand wanting to elect a President who holds your religious values - but electing a President who claims God talks to him is another world entirely.

In other news...

From here: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/programmes/newsnight/3956129.stm

A secret document obtained from inside Bush campaign headquarters in Florida suggests a plan - possibly in violation of US law - to disrupt voting in the state's African-American voting districts, a BBC Newsnight investigation reveals.

Two e-mails, prepared for the executive director of the Bush campaign in Florida and the campaign's national research director in Washington DC, contain a 15-page so-called "caging list".

It lists 1,886 names and addresses of voters in predominantly black and traditionally Democrat areas of Jacksonville, Florida.

An elections supervisor in Tallahassee, when shown the list, told Newsnight: "The only possible reason why they would keep such a thing is to challenge voters on election day."

Scrutinize every word, memorize every line
I spit it once, refuel, reenergize, and rewind
I give sight to the blind, mind sight through the mind
I exercise my right to express when I feel it's time
It's just all in your mind, what you interpret it as
I say to fight you take it as I? gonna whip someone's ass
If you don't understand don't even bother to ask
A father who has grown up with a fatherless past
Who has blown up now to rap phenomenon that has
Or at least shows no difficulty multi task
And juggling both, perhaps mastered his craft slash
Entrepreneur who has held long too few more rap acts
Who has had a few obstacles thrown his way through the last half
Of his career typical manure moving past that
Mister kiss his ass crack, he's a class act
Rubber band man, yea he just snaps back

Come along, follow me as I lead through the darkness
As I provide just enough spark, that we need to proceed
Carry on, give me hope, give me strength,
Come with me, and I won't stear you wrong
Put your faith and your trust as I guide us through the fog
Till the light, at the end, of the tunnel, we gonna fight,
We gonna charge, we gonna stomp, we gonna march through the swamp
We gonna mosh through the marsh, take us right through the doors

To the people up top, on the side and the middle,
Come together, let's all bond and swamp just a little
Just let it gradually build, from the front to the back
All you can see is a sea of people, some white and some black
Don't matter what color, all that matters is we gathered together
To celebrate for the same cause, no matter the weather
If it rains let it rain, yea the wetter the better
They ain't gonna stop us, they can't, we're stronger now more then ever,
They tell us no we say yea, they tell us stop we say go,
Rebel with a rebel yell, raise hell we gonna let em know
Stomp, push up, mush, fuck Bush, until they bring our troops home come on just . . .

We gonna mosh through the marsh, take us right through the doors, come on

Imagine it pouring, it's raining down on us,
Mosh pits outside the oval office
Someone's trying to tell us something, maybe this is God just saying
we're responsible for this monster, this coward, that we have empowered
This is Bin Laden, look at his head nodding,
How could we allow something like this, Without pumping our fist
Now this is our, final hour
Let me be the voice, and your strength, and your choice
Let me simplify the rhyme, just to amplify the noise
Try to amplify the times it, and multiply it by six
Teen million people are equal of this high pitch
Maybe we can reach Al Quaida through my speech
Let the President answer on high anarchy
Strap him with AK-47, let him go
Fight his own war, let him impress daddy that way
No more blood for oil, we got our own battles to fight on our soil
No more psychological warfare to trick us to think that we ain't loyal
If we don't serve our own country we're patronizing a hero
Look in his eyes, it's all lies, the stars and stripes
They've been swiped, washed out and wiped,
And Replaced with his own face, mosh now or die
If I get sniped tonight you'll know why, because I told you to fight

So come along, follow me as I lead through the darkness
As I provide just enough spark, that we need to proceed
Carry on, give me hope, give me strength,
Come with me, and I won't stear you wrong
Put your faith and your trust as I guide us through the fog
Till the light, at the end, of the tunnel, we gonna fight,
We gonna charge, we gonna stomp, we gonna march through the swamp
We gonna mosh through the marsh, take us right through the doors

And as we proceed, to mosh through this desert storm, in these closing statements, if they should argue, let us beg to differ, as we set aside our differences, and assemble our own army, to disarm this weapon of mass destruction that we call our president, for the present, and mosh for the future of our next generation, to speak and be heard, Mr. President, Mr. Senator
